I understand that dry humping, humping with clothes on, is a relatively low risk activity. What about humping with underwear on, or completely naked. How high risk are those behaviors and is there anything that can be done to make them safer? ( I am specifically thinking about sex between 2 women, so pregnancy wouldn't be a concern.)
