Ive noticed the last few months my periods are shorter than they used to be and that i start spotting, cramping & get headaches a week or so before i start. Yesterday I actually had a bit of bright red blood, not a lot, but enough to make me think i was starting my period a week earlier than usual. Today, just a very light pink spotting, cramps, and a headache! Im really afraid. I am getting ready to turn 30, so i dont know if its just my body changing or what.
