Its not an allergy to any food, I have near perfect eye sight and have tried all sorts of medication including anti-depressants and epilepsie pills and strong pain killers. Nothing has helped. I wake up with a headache, have one all day and go to bed with it. Occasionally they progress to migraines that's when I have difficulty sleeping. I have asthma so that limits my medication choices. A friend watched a programme on periods being connected to headaches and there was medication to solve the problem, I can not find this programme as my friend can not remember what channel it was on. Please help!
