I know when I have a sinus headache, i know the pain in the face, my eyes, my ears, my throat, even sometimes my gums. I get the flu symptoms with it, I am pained all over my body, its terrible and i have to stop from work sometimes because of the stress of it. I've been to doctors, received countless medications, antibiotics, nose drops, everything....and surprise to say I'm use to it. MY MAJOR PROBLEM however, is that a particular SYMPTOM I have noticed and can't find anybody else with the same symptom is that I SPIT A LOT. This is not any regular spit, my mouth drains like a tap or pipe nonstop. I have to use a bucket by my bedside at nights and there is no sleep during that time whatsoever. If I close my mouth it fills up, I cant sleep because it feels like I'm gagging or drowning. It usually last for more that 24 hrs and I am tired of it. MY QUESTION, is this really a symptom of my sinusitis? Nothing I try during this time elevate the spitting. I can mange the other symptoms, but the spitting is where I am at a lost.
Another thing, I know that there are things we can do the minimize a sinus attack, but I live in the tropics, we only have sunshine and rainy weather, as soon as the time changes from one to the other my sinusitis starts to act up. I can't avoid this, so what can I do to minimize this attack during a climate change?
