for about a year now my boyfriend has had these symptoms:
really bad cough, wheezing
insomnia not being able to sleep more than 2 hours a night
a feeling of 'blockage' in his throat
difficulty breathing
increased heart rate sometimes
feeling like he's going to faint
hard stools and constipation/blood in his poo
he went to the doctor and the doctor didnt seem to care just said he was suffering with anxiety, we are both sure it is something more underlying than that as he feels like there is something blocking his throat causing him to wheeze/cough and not breathe properly.
he is 30 years old, a smoker but only up to 5 a day (although hes gone down to 1 now)
he hd a lot of crazy years from 17 to 25 partying hard lots of drugs staying up for days etc, dont know if that could have an impact.
but we went to portugal about a year ago and we had a night where he was up all night drinking and doing cocaine and the next day he had to go hospital as he couldnt breather properly and his heart was beating really fast, ever since then he has had all these problems , but he has no idea what it is and is sure the doctor will try and say its anxiety again, but im scared,what if he has something wrong with him and he dies because nobody diagnosed it right?? im worried and dont know if anyone recognises any of the symptoms
he thinks its something pulmonary,copd or a heart problem.
can anyone help?
