Why I got pain after vaccination ?

Hello,
I am suffering from muscle cramp after third hepatitis vaccine, i think due to vaccine liquid, which our body accept slowly by the time. Next day I got pain from right shoulder up to my fingers, I couldn't sleep last night.
Why I got pain after vaccination ?
