Hi, I am 34 years and I have lumbar pain recently and went for MRI scan. The result stated that there is a lumbar scoliosis. The report stated that "The disc at L4/5 is desiccated and reduced in height.Axial imaging confirms a right central/paracentral disc prolapse, extending behind the verterbral body of L5 in the midline. It is compressing the thecal and compressing and deviating the right L5 nerve root." My questions are:
1. Am I suffer from Osteoporosis that caused the disc reduced in height? If yes, what should I do now?
2. Will physio helps in my case?
3. Is it danger to carry a baby?
I really look forward some expertise advise on this. Thank you very much!
