I have been to the Dr.s and I have a clean report for my health except for my menopausing. I am 50 and finding it difficult with lower back pain and blooting and stomach pain.I seem to have more pain and other pms aches then the actual period which is almost not,just very light.I am looking for something of a natural medicine because I only take vitamins,and very few.I have had a physical and don't care to use any harsh treatment.My mother bless her heart didn't believe in any kind of pills only if came in a natural form.Please can you help all my friends are finished I am the only one standing with PMS.
