I am 63 (female). I do not have any health problems, except that when I have sound nap in the afternoon, I wake up once during the night, specially to pee. I am not diabetic.

I feel may be because of lack of sleep during the night my body, specially my arms and chest bones pain. However, this does not happen when I am sleeping. I exercise regularly 5 days a week for around 60 minutes. I alternate exercising 3 days warm up, stretching, flexibility and balancing. 2 days warm up, stretching, strength and resistance like chair assisted squats, leg curl, standing chest press, bending lift, arm raise and static wrist curl. I am not under any medication, except that I take calcium supplements with vit. D3. I maintain a healthy diet consisting of vegetables, fruits, salmon, LSA, beans, egg, multi grain pancake. Please help me.
