My nipple on my right breast hurts really bad. I looked at myself in the mirror and its alot darker than my left one. My Grandmother had breast cancer so it runs in the family. My great grandmother had cancer too. When i feel my breast there is something right beside my nipple that is about the size of a pastashio and it hurts when there is pressure applied to it. what should i do?
