I don't even know how to explain this in a short, concise email! It's been 4 yrs of exhaustion. 2 yrs ago, I was even bed-ridden over the weekend. THe part that saddens me is that I'm only 37 yrs old. I do have some energy back but nothing that I used to or that someone my age typically does. I don't sleep 8-9 hrs like I used to. I'm on thyroid meds for hypothy., take sublingual progesterone and testosterone and natural adrenal support..yet, my T4 and T3 are still low (even taking 270mg of porcine thyroid and 25mcg of levothyroine). I eat very well and am off gluten for the most part. I had a biopspy to test for celiac and it was negative. I exercise 5x per week. I don't know where else to turn. I'm planning to be married within 6 mo and am desperately wanting my life and health back before starting the new chapter of life. I VERY much appreciate ANY help you can give me or a direction of someone who can. Thank you for what you do!!!
