My nurse asked me to stop taking my blood pressure medication because it was too low. However, after three days, I had to do something. They couldn't get me in until this week, so I started taking one Linsonpril instead of two and one water pill; I was taking three. The reason I did this is because my blood pressure went up to pre-hypertension stage 132/87. Pharmacists felt I should had been called in earlier. But I never had health insurance; most of my jobs had been temporary; therefore, i couldn't pay. And with health care on the rise, medical centers cannot afford to keep taking patients like me. Unfortunately I haven't been able to pay anything for lack of funds. This health care is a big issue, and there should be something in effect for people like myself so we can receive adequate health care. What do you think.
