Recently I have stopped climaxing during sex. The sex hasn't changed it is still amazing and getting better. Although I haven't been able to be completely relaxed during sex such as having to be quiet due to other housemates. Whereas before I could be as loud as I pleased.
Is there a way to get around this anxiety? I feel like I am letting my partner down by not physically showing my sexual release.
