Mood: Acceptance – Letting Go of My Insecurity
During the premenstrual phase, I’ve certainly noticed that my emotional immunity tends to go down. I tend to take things more personally, and become more easily affected by external events and situations.
This is an interesting time to learn about my own insecurity, too. Some “old friends” popped up to visit me this morning, giving me a chance to release them and let them go. I’m grateful for that.
Sleep & Rest: Went to bed a little late, staying up to watch ABC’s “Revenge.” It’s my favorite TV show at the moment. Love the twists and turns. However, I’m paying a small price for it – waking up feeling groggy.
Self-esteem: Louise Hay said, “I find that when we really love and accept and approve of ourselves exactly as we are, then everything in life works.” I’m still learning the true meaning of this wisdom.
