How long after taking Plan B should I expect my cycle to return to normal?

I took the Plan B back in October 2011 and now it is Feb 2012 and my cycle (that used to be predictable) is no longer predictable. Long story short, I have an irregular cycle. When can I expect my cycle to go back to normal?
