I'm a 16 year-old female student, 106 pounds and 5'1" in height. To make this really specific, I'm gonna give a breakdown of my activities:
Monday-Friday
Intake: 1500 calories
15 minutes of walking (brisk pace)
20 minutes of walking (leisurely pace)
30 minutes of calisthenics (moderate effort)
20 minutes of weight training (1 pound dumbells, 6 routines, 3 sets each, 16 reps per set, light effort)
Sleep: 5 1/2 hours
Saturday and Sunday
Intake: 1700 calories
50 minutes of jogging (interval)
30 minutes of calisthenics (moderate effort)
20 minutes of weight training (1 pound dumbells, 6 routines, 3 sets each, 16 reps per set, light effort)
Sleep: 8 Hours
And after everything, I'm still very much confused what my "activity level" is. Light? Moderate? I'm sure I'm not "Very Active" since I'm just a student. And how much calories should I consume daily to (a) maintain my weight and (b) lose one pound a week? I'm stuck in a plateau but I still want to lose about 2 pounds. I'm currently transitioning to 2 pound weights.
My deepest gratitude to anyone who sheds light on my dilemma. Thank you and more power.
