am 5months n a half pregnant and afta my bf n I had sex I felt water coming out my vagina. what could that mean?

Am pregnant n am + - 4months n half pregnant,my boyfriend and I were making love and when we finished he penetrated inside me. N we take a quick nap after that I felt water coming down my legs and that happened twice after 35minutes. What could be the problem?
