About two years ago I got pregnant. At the ninth week I started bleeding and when I got to the hospital I was told that I had had a non embryonic pregnancy so I had a procedure to take out the placenta, I can't remember what it's called. Anyway after that I had the IUD inserted which my body totally rejected and it actually came out on it's own, which really freaked me out. I continued with some hormonal birth control for about 6 months more. Then my husband and I decided to try one more time and stopped the birth control. This was about a year ago and I haven't gotten pregnant but I did notice my periods getting a lot shorter. I've always been irregular and I still am but I used to bleed for about 3 to 5 days and now I bleed for about a day or two at the most. Also PMS has become as long as a week and a half before I start the cycle, it used to be for about 5 days. Is it time to go to a doctor's office and what should I ask.
Just for the record, we decided no to get pregnant after all...
