RIGHT LOBE: The right lobe measures 5.2 x 1.3 1.9 cm in size. There are small nodules in the right thyroid gland .The largest measures 1.5 cm in the right upper pole and 1.8 cm in the right lower pole.
LEFT LOBE: The left lobe measures 5.2 x 1.1 x 1.1 cm in size. There are small nodules in left thyroid gland. The largest measures 1 cm in the upper pole and 1.4 cm in the lower pole .
ISTHMUS: Normal. No visible mass, cyst, calcification, enlargement, or abnormal echotexture.
OTHER: None.
CONCLUSION: Small bilateral thyroid nodules. Suggest followup ultrasound in 6 months for reevaluation.
