Patient as convulsion for 1 hour. He aspirated the saliva resulting in pnemonia. Lack of oxygen supply 2 brain resulted in hypoxic brain damage. He was hospitalised for more than 3 months. Brain has recovered to some extent, but sill the infection in chest is not cureable. We r using oral airway for suction of infection. Pl give what kind of food to intake and other remedies to reduce infection.
