This Thursday on HER Radio join me as I discuss:Women, How You Really Feel When Your Looks Begin to Change and MidLife Crisis, Myth or Reality?
I’d like to discuss my first topic for a moment as a basis for my book titled Face It. In my book I guide women to help deal with the emotions that are brought on by changing appearances as you age. In the book I walk you through my six-step program to help women recognize these changing moments in your looks and your life. When you recognize the “uh-oh” moments it helps to uncover deeper issues associated with the scary word of “aging” and how to enjoy your looks at any age.
My second topic is on a midlife crisis, I will dive into my thoughts on whether this is a myth or reality. We have the idea that a mid-life crisis is a man in their 40’s who goes off and buys a red sports car and gets a younger girlfriend or a woman in her 40’s who reinvents herself. But couldn’t the same thing happen to someone that, may be much younger or older, who has recently had a tragedy in their life or gotten over an impossible illness? During my segment I will discuss how to replace the traditional “midlife crisis” with a new, more appropriate name: “The Emerging Maturity Crisis.”
So, please join me on HER Radio at 2:00pm and 2:10pm EST with Michelle King Robson and Dr. Pam Peeke!
