Hi, I have a big issue which bothers me a lot and I don't know which doctor would be the right person to know about this matter. Right now I'm in a very in between position causing me a problem in a way that I don't know who would be the right person to know about this.
The issue is I have scoliosis and because of this I have sciatica recently I get in a lot of pain because of sciatica and next week Friday I'm going to see a neurosurgeon to know if my issue for sciatica if it's surgical related. The other issue I have is I have ovarian cyst and I have pain because of this as well. Because of sciatica and ovarian cyst my pain is double if you know what I mean from here.
Now from here is where I can explain my big problem. Recently I've become very dehydrated and no matter how much water I have it doesn't help me much. Because of this issue it has been a couple of times that I end up feeling light headed, feel like I'm going to faint and get low blood pressure. It goes away on it's own after awhile what ever I try to do to get this issue away doesn't really help. It comes and goes a lot. This bothers me a lot and what scares me is when I'm outdoors and I feel like this I'm afraid I faint somewhere and I don't realize it. What I do know is in the past I had such similar problem and I was at the emergency room they gave me IV, half an hour later I realized I felt much better.
I want to know what do you think this could be from? From how I feel I think that because of sciatica and ovarian cyst they both are putting pressure on me and make me feel light headed causing me to have low blood pressure. Do you think it has relation to what I have going on? I don't know who would be the right person to know what I can do because of having dehydration and getting light headed problem? I left message for my neurologist to hear from him about such issue so far I'm waiting to hear from him. Please let me know what I can do about this?
Thanks,
Melissa
