I am an African American girl between the age of 10-15. I was diagnosed with pityriasis rosea about 10 weeks ago. All my itching has stopped and all the things have flaked off. Now my skin is smooth. But the thing that is bothering me is that it has left dark and very unsightly marks on my skin. Mostly,on my inner arms and especially my armpits. There are dark spots all over! I've been using lemon juice and vitamin e oil daily for about 2 weeks,although I'm not sure if it's helping.
PLEASE someone help!!! I can't wear dresses or tank tops because my arms look so hideous and I'm self conscious!! Me and my family are going to the beach in about 3 weeks. Is there ANYTHING that will rid or even lessen the appearance of these marks?
I've mostly been using some natural remedies. If there's any specific ones I could use,could you tell me? Right now what I have at home is:
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Coconut Oil
Brown Sugar
Vitamin E Oil
Lysine Tablets
Apple Cidar Vinegar
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3
PLEASE someone help!!! I'll also use store bought products but nothing to expensive,please. I'm really desperate!! And I would really appreciate it.
