I have osteoarthritis and my neck joint, (seems at base of brain stem), does not want to move up and down. Rt. to Lt. Movement not so bothersome just hear cracking, but the up and down feels weird and felt dizzy for brief moments. Currently going in for ankle replacement on rt ankle due to post accident arthritis , lower spine with osteoarthritis is this what happening in upper neck and what are the outcomes? 56 yrs old not obese and otherwise healthy....
