I am 36 years old and have been regular for years then all of a sudden I missed my period. After doing all the math I figured that if I was pregnant I would be about 6 weeks along. Took HPT got negative result, waited a couple days and took again with still negative result. Had bloating, nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite. Then yesterday one day before my period was due again it started out unusually light for day one, followed by heavy bleeding and bad cramping over night and by mid morning today stopped. My fiance had a vasectomy a few years ago and we do not use any other form of birth control. I did call my Dr. but am not scheduled for am exam util December. Should I be concerned or just wait until my appointment two months from now?
