I had my tubes tied several years ago. But now, I am getting pregnancy symptoms. Could I be pregnant?

Hi all
so basically I got my tubes tied back in 2008 and since have basically had reguar cycles
between 26 day apart lasting 5-7 days. In the last 2 cycles it went to 29 days and last 3-4 days only and last month went to a 32day cycle lasting the same. Currently getting nausea and tender brest and certain smells make me feel sick . Did pregnacy test yesterday was neg but as my hormones with my other children didn't show until 2-3 month on hm test im not sure. Could I be pregnant?
