I think I had a miscarriage not sure

I passed a 1and half inch blot clot today which I would say resembled a small placenta I feel some cramping and just a weird feeling emotional I don't know if that makes since I don't know what to do I had my tubes tied almost 2 years ago I shouldn't be pregnant but I have read horror stories I feel like this was more than a normal clot
