I have been on the pill called Junel Fe 1/20 for almost a year now. I have been on the pill in general over a year and a half. So I always get my period on the 3rd placebo pill and I did have bleeding on October 5th which was on Monday and which was the 3rd placebo pill in my pack. But I noticed that my period is so much lighter and I am experiencing bloating and I kinda feel like I've gained weight. So this morning I took a pregnancy test with my first morning urine and I found a very VERY EXTREMELY faint line that would indicate that I am pregnant. So I panicked and told my bf we needed to go to planned parenthood. He looked at the test and he said that he doesn't see a line at all. So when we arrived at planned parenthood, I didn't really know where to start so I asked for another pregnancy test. So they collected my urine. Just to let you know I didn't drink water after I took my home pregnancy test so my urine wasn't diluted or anything. The nurse asked me a couple questions regarding when I had my last period and I told her my period started on Monday. And she asked me if I was still on it. I told her I have no idea because it would just be spotting and I don't even need a pad. She told me that the pill makes that happen and everything. Is that true? She also told me that it was too early for me to take the test. Which I am really confused about because my understanding is that once you miss your period you can take a test. Did I take the test too early? So back to the pregnancy test that was being done at the planned parenthood clinic, the test said negative and when I asked to look at it, it did not have a faint line at all! I asked the nurse if she could look at the test that I brought with me and she said that "it doesn't matter" and "I only look at the test done in the clinic and according to the test, you are negative." So this is where I'm getting anxious and concerned. Which test should I trust? The home pregnancy test I took? Or the planned parenthood test? Did I take the test too early? I most of the time used condoms but when I didn't it was the first week in to my active pills this month that I didn't use a condom. And it only took 10 seconds, my bf just put it in and then I told him to stop because we didn't have a condom at the time. He wasn't even close to ejaculating, and he urinated before penetration. So I am guessing that to find out if I got pregnant from that time when I didn't use a condom, I should wait 2-3 weeks and Im pretty sure that when I took the test today (I'm on my placebo week) it would have already been 2-3 weeks after intercourse during my 1st week of active pills.Do you think the planned parenthood test is more effective than the cvs test I purchased which shows the faintest line?? Help please answer asap!! Can I possibly be pregnant?? I also forgot to mention that I have never missed a pill in a day. I take a pill every single day. Sometimes 2-3 hours late. I don't know if that is still considered "perfect" use.
