Implants

Dentures
When a dental implant is not possible and you have lost almost all of your teeth, dentures (false teeth) are your next best option. You can choose to have complete dentures in case of complete lost of natural teeth or overdentures for partial lost of natural teeth.
Complete dentures mean to cover both gums, upper and lower. Most complete dentures are custom-made so that they fit perfectly. Because it may take time before they are made or if your gums need time to heal in case of an extraction of remaining tooth/teeth, your dentist may provide a temporary set. In the event that you have partial dental implants or you still have good, natural teeth able to support removable dentures, then overdentures may be used.
It may take you a short while to get used to using dentures but trust that in time, you can speak, chew and bite like you used to.
