I had Diverticulitis in Dec. and again in April. of 2016 I did not know what had hit me. I am allergic to Cipro so took Keflex and Flagyl with no side effects thank God. I had a Colonoscopy on June 8th had diverticulosis pockets 3 polyps removed one was precancerous and my GI doc said some colitis on the right side. I got ill on June 19th with horrible left lower abdominal pain radiating up my left side across back had 3 Cat scans with this time period 2 ER visits and no one can tell me I am still in pain with nausea every morning. I am taking nausea pill and tramadol which I do not like I am going back on bentyl. I will be seeing a surgeon on Mon the 25 which I hope can put some light on this. I was thinking adhesions I am older and Have had major surgeries. Thanks for reading and God Bless all of you who are plagued with something like this.
