Chances of Unwanted pregnancy when wet cloth by sperm is touched to vagina

I ejavculated over her back. Then I cleaned that with a piece of cotton cloth, accidently, she tried to clean her vagina with that cloth. She removed the cloth as she felt it was wet already. What are the chances of unwanted pregnancy.
