can i get pregnant after having my tubes tied for 7yrs?

I had 2 periods last month but the blood was more orange and this month I was 15 days late and my periods are usually on time.. I just started today but its not a normal period the blood don't look right. What can this mean? Can I be pregnant or is this something else?
