If you don't sleep good at night, does this interfere with my heart. I twist and turn, moving all night and also have a bladder problem, which I get up a lot to go to the bedroom. When I am up during the day and watching TV I can't sit still. I am rubbing my face, my head, arms , ears, My legs are up, down, sideways turning to the left, to right etc.
Just wondering if this interferes with the heart fimbriation.
Do I have to go to a doctor for some kind of test for this.
