Can I get pregnant if my bf had ejaculated on my breasts and a slightest chance of it reaching my vagina

Yesterday my bf ejaculated over me in the bathroom over my breasts.Before doing that he placed a cloth over my abdominal line covering the vagina.As soon as he ejaculated under a hurry he washed it out with hot water making it slip to the cloth.He immediately asked me to stand.I was unable to travel the sperm that went down.Is there any chance of pregnancy if it have reached my vagina for a moment.I also washed my vagina with my hands immediately.
