I had intercourse on May 21st, it was protected (condom), however after the act I became really concerned that I might be pregnant. I was expecting my period to arrive on May 30th, which it did, however, it was lighter than usual. It wasn't spotting, but usually I have a very very heavy flow, and this time the flow was lighter and lasted a couple days shorter. I don't track my ovulation, but is it correct to say chances are I did not ovulate 9 days before my period? I got my next period June 30th, 2 days late, but my cycles aren't on the dot anyway, however this time it was also lighter than I am used to. I got a blood test at what would be 6 weeks after intercourse, and my HCG level was <1. I understand I may sound crazy, but I have been really worried about this. Recently I've had really bad pelvic pain, nausea, and a headache, I can't stop worrying i'm pregnant. I made this mistake of googling stories of women who said they never tested positive on urine or blood tests, had lighter monthly bleeding, and did not find out until they had an ultrasound. Additionally, the cryptic pregnancy sites, whether true or not, did not help my case. I know with my negative tests, no doctor will be willing to give me an ultrasound. I just really want to stop being consumed with this worry, I do not know what to do... I guess I am just looking for some insight/ reassurance from someone who has directly dealt with these things.
