I was doing yoga yesterday, during a pose in which my was alined with the ground I fell headfirst into the floor. I was about 2-4 feet off the ground. I didn't pass out, but I faintly remember being dizzy and light headed. After a few hours for the aleeve to kick in, and putting an icepack on the point of impact, I watched TV and felt much better. I fell at about 4:30ish. Today however my head still hurts, I can't rember the school notes I write down. even right after. I have to go one word at a time. I hit the left side of my head, closest to the middle. When I look to my right without turning my head, it really hurts. I also cant bend over at all, I get really light headed. I roll around at night so it's possible I might have slept on the point of impact. Please help me find out if I have a concussion. My parents have to go to work in a few hours and if I need to go to the hospital I need to know. (SYMTEMS: No vomiting, cant remember bright lights, or blackouts, I shy away from light but I'm still able to listen to music, my ADHD is really acting up, I can walk straight and ride a bike, I don't think I'm dizzy, my head hurts, and I can watch TV for 5 hours but It's only been about 20 minutes of looking at a computer screen and it bugs my eyes.)
