Let's all offer words of encouragement on Aimee's blog

The great part about Aimee's story is that she's overcome the biggest hurdle -- recognizing that she has PPD. She's going to get help. Woo hoo for Aimee -- let's all send encouragement her way!

Encouragement For Another Woman

Thanks Healthy Woman. I posted a mesage of encouragement and urge others to do the same. As Kristin mentioned, Aimee has already taken many steps toward wellness in recognizing her condition, as well as vocalizing her emotions. Please send a few kind words her way today.
