I went all day without a hot flash too. For me it was a miracle in a jar. I have done some reading and have learned that there are some ingredients that you should try to avoid in the cream that you select.
For the past year I have not used the cream but I will admit that occasionally I do get a mild hot flash or wake up with a mild night sweat. I can live with the occasional discomfort and I am glad to be past this part of menopause.
