Do you mean the food you eat causes you to choke and cause you then to fall asleep? Is this at night? You need to stop eating by 7pm to avoid falling asleep so quickly but if this is any time of the day, you need to seek medical advice. All snoring should be evaluated by a doctor to rule out sleep apnea.
