When you say tubal, do you mean Tubal Ligation or do you mean tubal as in Ectopic pregnancy?
Which ever one you've had before, are you having any addition symptoms of pain that would point towards complications?
Bleeding during sex is never normal and should always be checked out by a doctor. There are too many possibilities to speculate. I would advise making an appt soon.
