I missed my period this month (Was supposed to come on July 9th). Would a pregnancy test be accurate if taken today? Can I trust the results?

Thank you.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

Pregnancy test manufacturer's advise their tests are over 99% accurate as soon as a period is missed (or even days before) so the results can generally be trusted. Since you are 10 days late, one taken now would be accurate for you.
Best,
Susan
