Hi...I am trying to conceive and this month I realised that I have not ovulated but me and my husband still tried..since sometimes it gets really difficult to track ovulation...nw I am 10 days late with my periods..since last few days my breast really hurts and slight pain in my abdomen..Just wanted to know that if I skip my periods this month so when should we start trying again or I have to wait fr periods then only ovulation will happen

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Are you having trouble ovulating? Do you have a regular cycle? If not, you will still need to have sex every other day so as not to miss ovulation if it happens. If you have just started trying to conceive then you can test when you don't get your period. If you don't have success within 6-9 months, you and your husband may need to have your fertility levels tested.
We wish you the best,
Susan
