I had my left ovary removed in December and was feeling very similar. Doing some research, live found a lot of these symptoms coordinate with PTSD. I'm not an expert by any means and the feelings are definitely rooted with a feeling of loss and frear, no sex drive and overall a need to disconnect. Anyway, hopefully this helps and I hope you're feeling better!
