To echo your statement, weight loss does suck. I have a question about weight loss. I don't necessarily have an issue with endurance or intensity. I can walk for eight miles or play tennis for 90 minutes, but I get SOOOO hungry after I've worked out.

I've tried exercising at night so I wouldn't be hungry all day, but I just can't help but be super hungry after working out. What gives?
