Well, while I don't know "everything" that you've tried, your question leaves us with more questions than answers!
After reading your post, a few questions comes to my mind:
1. Your age (as in just a generic range: 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond), as that can provide information regarding your physical health and hormone changes
2. Inability to reach orgasm (with a partner or alone) is different than lack of sex drive. We would need some more information as to any physical, emotional, mental changes that you and/or your partners are going through.
3. Admittedly, after reading your statement that you "lost" a "few sex partners" because of this, raises some red flags for me as far as the quality of the relationships. Was sexuality discussed in the relationship, and in what ways?
