I think universal health care in the US would lower the disease rate. Universal healthcare for American citizens only would elimate the hours of waiting at hospitals and clinics. There is something wrong when a US citizen cannot afford health care and an illegal immigrant get free health care. Many of the diseases that were irraticated in this country are being brought in by illegals coming here.
