For about 3 weeks now I have had middle pelvic cramping, and sometimes it radiates in my lower pelvic area to both sides. I have no pain peeing, having sex, no discharge and sometimes I get headache or slight nausea. I am on Trivora for birth control that I take 3 months in a row then have a period, so I took a pregnancy test to be sure that it wasn't that and it wasn't so now I am just worried about what it is.
