Would you say that, because of the "plethora of young people and students," that the lifestyle tends to be active and outdoors oriented? Do people ride their bicycles to work? Is Daytona Beach scooter friendly?
What's the lifestyle like for older generations? Are there many good health care facilities?
Besides the legendary car race, what other major events take place and are any health and fitness oriented (like Tina asked, running, triathlons, etc.)? I would imagine that the area is conducive toward water sports.
It would be great to hear more about the city you love so much. :)
