You need to get off of Fosamax. It stays in your bones for at least a decade. Talk to your doctor and get a nuclear bone scan done. It will show if there is any stress fractures that would definitely be volatile points. If your other femur "lights" up you should have a preventive rodding surgery so it does not snap on you like the other one did. Do this immediately!
