That is very encouraging news. Are these the kinds of exercises that can be performed with the assistance of a relative or is the recommendation to have a trainer or other health professional involved? Strength training (I was reading in another study) is also supposed to be excellent for those with Alzheimer's Disease. It's hard to deny the benefits of exercising.
